Discount on registration fee of $50 if your child participates in our annual fundraiser. A minimum number of items must be sold or the $50 registration discount will be due before the first game. More details on the fundraiser will be provided during the first week of football. Please copy opt in code (OPTIN) to be used later in the registration process as a discount code.

Description
Our youth cheerleading program is designed for children in kindergarten through sixth grade (based on the 2026-2027 school year), focusing on skill development and teamwork. 

Divisions 

Cheerleaders will be divided into squads to cheer for a specific football team. 

Season Information 

Season Dates:  July 15th - November 7th

Practices:  at least 2 evening practices per week (Practices held at the Fort Lupton Rec Center)

Uniform Provided:  (Participant does not return the uniform or poms) 
  • Shirt, shell or top, and briefs 
  • Set of Poms 

Coaches will determine the color of the shoes, socks, and cold weather gear (legs and long sleeve shirt) for the season and will notify the parents.  

Player Commitment & Attendance 

Practice is essential for the cheerleaders to learn and perform as a group.  Consistent attendance at practice is required to ensure all of the cheerleaders have the opportunity to grow as a cheerleader.  

  • Cheerleaders are expected to attend all practices and games
  • Missed practices may impact cheer time during games
  • Please notify the Head Coach in advance of any absences 

We understand that conflicts occur and we will do our best to accommodate important school events such as Back-to-School Night.  

Fundraiser Discount 

Families can receive a $50 registration discount by participating in our annual fundraiser.  

  • Use code: OPTIN at registration
  • Details will be shared during the first week of practice 
  • Fundraiser discount is only available on registrations completed by 7/15/26
  • If minimum participation is not met, the $50 discount must be paid before the first game 

Registration Fee 

  • April 20th - May 31st - $225.00 - Spring Discount
  • June 1st - July 15th - $275.00 
  • July 16th - August 31st - $325.00 - Late Registration 
Registration will be considered complete and your child placed on the cheerleading roster when the entire registration fee is paid.  

Referral Program 

Invite your friends and earn rewards! 

Receive a $25 refund for each new player you refer (up to 3 referrals per family) who:

  • Registers for the program 
  • Pays the registration fee
  • Participate in the first game of the season 

How it works:  

  • Referred players must complete the referral information during registration to ensure proper credit 
  • There is a maximum of three (3) referrals per family


Refund Details:

  • Refunds are issued in September
  • Payment will be made by check

PARENT/ GUARDIAN PERMISSION FOR ATHLETIC PARTICIPATION WARNING:

Although participation in supervised recreational athletics may be one of the least hazardous activities in which any child will engage in, BY ITS NATURE, PARTICIPATION INCLUDES RISK OF INJURY WHICH MAY RANGE IN SEVERITY FROM MINOR TO LONG-TERM CATASTROPHIC, OR EVEN DEATH. Although serious injuries are not common in supervised recreational activities, it is impossible to eliminate this risk.

Participants can help and have the responsibility to reduce the chance or injury. PLAYER MUST OBEY ALL RULES, REPORT ALL PHSYICAL PROBLEMS TO THEIR COACH, FOLLOW A PROPER CONDITIONING PROGRAM, AND INSPECT THEIR OWN EQUIPMENT DAILY.

By signing this permission form, I acknowledge that I have read and understand this warning and the participant’s responsibilities.

PARENT/GUARDIAN OR PARTICIPANTS WHO DO NOT WISH TO ACCEPT THE RISK AND RESPONSIBILITIES DESCRIBED IN THIS WARNING SHOULD NOT SIGN THIS FORM OR PARTICIPATE IN THE ACTIVITIES OF THE BLUEDEVIL YOUTH FOOTBALL AND CHEERLEADING CLUB.

LIABILITY WAIVER I, the parent or guardian, or my child, will not hold BLUEDEVIL YOUTH FOOTBALL AND CHEERLEADING program or any officer or coach of this club liable for any expenses that are incurred as a result of my child participating in any activities of the fore mentioned club.

ATHLETIC INSURANCE WAIVER Furthermore, I understand that the BLUEDEVIL YOUTH FOOTBALL AND CHEERLEADING CLUBE DOES NOT provide primary insurance for the children participating in the activities of the club. I understand that I, the parent or guardian, will provide individual insurance for my child or I will assume the responsibility for payment of expenses incurred in the event of injury.

BY SIGNING THIS FORM, I ACKNOWLEDGE AND ACCEPT THE LIABLITY AND ATHLETIC INSURANCE WAVIER AS STATED ABOVE AND THAT I ACCEPT ALL FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY SHOULD ANY EXPENSES BE INCURRED. Electronic consent was given during the online registration process.
