Youth Tackle Football Information

Our Youth Tackle Football Program is designed for athletes in 2nd through 6th grade, focusing on skill development, teamwork, and safe play in a structured, supportive environment.

Divisions

Teams are organized by grade level to ensure balanced competition:

• 3rd Grade Division (includes 2nd graders)
• 4th Grade Division
• 5th Grade Division
• 6th Grade Division

Season Information

• Season Dates: July 15 – November 7
• Practices: 4 evenings per week (Practices are held at the Fort Lupton Rec Center)
• Games: Saturdays or Sundays

Equipment Provided

Each player will receive the following equipment for the season:

• Helmet & Mouth Piece
• Shoulder pads
• Integrated padded pants
• Game jersey
• Game socks

Important: Helmets, shoulder pads, jerseys, and pants must be returned at the end of the season.

Team Structure

• Roster Size: 16–25 players per team

Player Commitment & Attendance

Tackle football requires commitment from both players and parents/guardians. Consistent attendance is essential—not just for development, but for player safety.

Football is a team sport where all eleven players on the field must understand and execute their roles. Regular practice ensures athletes are prepared to protect themselves and their teammates.

• Players are expected to attend all practices and games
• Missed practices may impact playing time
• Please notify the Head Coach in advance of any absences

We understand that conflicts can occur and will do our best to accommodate important school events such as Back-to-School Night.

Fundraiser Discount

Families can receive a $50 registration discount by participating in our annual fundraiser.

• Use code: OPTIN at registration
• Details will be shared during the first week of practice
• Fundraiser discount is only available on registrations completed by 7/15/26
• If minimum participation is not met, the $50 discount must be paid before the first game

Registration Fee – Tackle Football

                April 20^th – May 31^st - $200.00 – Spring Discount

                June 1^st – July 15^th - $250.00

                July 16^th – August 31^st - $300.00 – Late Registration

Referral Program

Receive a $25 refund for each new player you refer (up to 3 referrals per family) who:

• Registers for the program
• Pays the registration fee
• Participates in the first game of the season

How It Works:

• Referred players must complete the referral information during registration to ensure proper credit
• There is a maximum of three (3) referral refunds per family

• Refunds are issued in September
• Payment will be made by check
